Highly recommended seller. The hat is delightfully soft and warm. It's more brown than pumpkin as described, but beautiful nonetheless. There was a problem with fulfilling the order, so I had the choice of cancelling, or waiting for a replacement hat---I asked for a replacement, and communication was fantastic throughout.
