Sometimes we have to cancel an order due to very poor communication from the customer. Our print-only service is designed for customers with print-ready files, if the customer requires artwork or file manipulation then we have to charge an extra small fee, It's all in the descriptions. If the customer replies to the messages without any sense, we also sooner or later have to cancel the order to be able to serve other customers faster and more efficient. Thank You
