Not a good product for the Neon SRT-4. Very poor design.
The bottom section is too long compared to the stock shifter so it will get caught on the floor board and prevent you from getting into any gear. Had to grind away at the bottom and then add 2 big washers to each mounting section (check pics) to raise it up another 1/4" so that I would get enough clearance. Shifter cable pins are on the same side while oem is on the opposite side so it makes getting into reverse very notchy/difficult.
