As a 30 year member of eBay it is my goal to always have a positive outcome. Unfortunately, not this time. I sold an old flip phone that had never been opened. The seller told me the activation code had faded. I immediately refunded her, apologized and let her keep the phone. So now I’m buying her a phone that Motorola can activate but she gave me a negative review which was not necessary. I am paying eBay for the sale. Her feedback is her right but the negative is still such bad faith.
