Cheap Chinese made vinyl dog collar being sold as leather. Tags say leather but clearly isn't. Seller is very gracious and gift wraps item, but still selling vinyl as leather is bad practice. Did not attempt to return due to low price. Didn't leave negative because seller might offer refund if I asked but time to cut losses.
