I got the item out on time. Post office was extremely late in delivering. Did all I could do. Refunded the customer. Item was delivered 2 days later. So, customer received the item for free and kept it. Why the neutral feedback for me? What else could I have done? Some people are difficult. wcowsert72 would be one of those people
