Dispatched immediately. Advertised as grade C but apart from slight dent in lid, the laptop looked brand new. Initially the webcam didn't work. Seller worked with me to identify the problem - we decided it was probably a registry corruption, so did a windows reset and that fixed the issue. Communication was excellent with immediate email responses to my questions.
