Dear Gricivaler, This is not accurate. I offered to refund you the full amount £13.40 - I asked you to request a refund within eBay which is the correct procedure, I have been in regular communication with you on 28th May, 1st June & 5th June - you did not reply. You have not sent the incorrect item back to me. My customer who I accidentally sent the shorts refused to send them back to me and stopped answering my messages. So it is not possible for me to get those shorts back.
