    My items are pictured and described accurately - the item you received is always the item that is pictured so that you can compare the item you'll receive against (in this case) the item that you are replacing. I TEST ALL of my remotes before sending and this was WORKING. If however this has been damaged in transit etc as sometimes can happen all you needed to do is CONTACT ME and I would have REPLACED/REFUNDED you, instead of throwing it away in protest and defaming my character
