TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Seller sold a used item as NEW. Didn't ship for over a month and then after MUCH prodding. When item was returned, the refund was not initiated for 10 days and then only after I complained (which was HARD to do because Ebay doesn't let you talk with anyone). According to ebay my refund was processed 5 days ago and my credit card company doesn't know anything about it.

I sold multiple of this product that were NEW and had no complaints from previous buyers. I apologized to this buyer and let them know I was shipping on behalf of my client and didn't realize this one was not the same as the others. I accepted the return immediately. I do not control Ebay's refund timeline as I explained to the buyer as they were harassing me in my messages.
