seller demanded revised neutral feedback after zero interaction other than counter offer on transaction, so here goes:
unit is as described for the most part, shipping time was messed up by FedEx not the seller, and full kudos to whoever packed it.
Seller did nothing more n take the money, ship the order & complain about a neutral rating and I m the bad guy because I don t hype adequacy or give out participation trophies.

My exact message, copy pasted to the buyer: "Hi, whats up with the neutral feedback? If you're not happy with the unit why not just ask to return it or whatever?"
No demands, no aggression. FedEx caused a delay, buyer said I did a great job packing, and claims I need a trophy for a job...done. I don't need feedback at all, but Neutral feedback is harmful when I held up my end 100%. I'm sorry you're upset about something, but it shouldn't be me.
