I had to contact this seller to ask her if she knew the Jade bracelet I bought from her was fake and was met with a very rude response. I'm still shocked over the experience and actually shaking right now. Two jewelers confirmed the piece was man-made and even though I had my suspicion, I would of never known for sure if I hadn't taken it in to be resized. 35 years building a pristine collection of my own I've never dealt with such an unprofessional "jeweler" as she claims to be.
