Wonderful Seller. Communication was prompt, friendly and informative. Item (Thermador Cooktop) is as described.Packaging was great. Shipping was prompt. Sadly, To our frustration the item was faulty. This is not the sellers fault. We are dealing with the Thermador Company for resolution. Even though we are having this issue I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.
