I provided very detailed pictures of this clock which is gorgeous. I reduced the price to allow you to buy it by a large amount prior to your purchase. After you received it you alleged that there were issues not described in my listing. I provided a copy of my listing description to you which detailed any repairs necessary, but the porcelain itself was not damaged. It had tape on the back from someone taping the electrical wires to the back of the clock. I'm disappointed. John
