The item was exactly what we wanted. My husband (who is low vision) had one of these for many years, and we'd been looking for a spare. We were hesitant to purchase from an out-of-country seller, but the seller couldn't have been more kind. They assured me that it was a new product, and if I had any problems, they would make it right. It wasn't expected until possibly June 12th, but it arrived today, May 21st. Hubby is quite happy to have his spare already!
