The holes for the "hanger" for the ladder did not line up for the holes on the attachment. The screws were not pre-done. I had to prep the holes with the screws before attaching the stairs. For the price, it should have been better in my opinion. The attaching screws for the wall to the ladder stripped out before they would go into the wood. I used my own screws.
