It took two tries to receive this bell. Over six weeks waiting for delivery. When it finally arrived, the bell itself was very nice. Its actual dimensions are 11" OD x 11" high. It is NOT solid brass. It is brass coated cast aluminum .
My issues are not with the bell itself, but with the bracket and clapper attachment. See attached images. The bell bracket has a very noticeable twist from vertical, and the clapper attachment is a flimsy piece of stiff wire.
Seller refused to correct issues.
