I took picture of the Sealed products and send it to the buyer for verification before shipment. once he approved, then I shipped them with confirmation.
In his last message on ebay, he admitted that the package was sealed and he opened each product one by one looking for Chase item, then he contacted me trying to renegotiate the price and ask for more discount which i disagreed. he left me this negative feedback because I didn't give him more discount after receiving the product.
