The packaging could've been better, the box arrived crushed, and the plastic on the item's packaging broke. I don't think I lost any parts, but as I was buying the item for its as-new collector value that was disappointing. Otherwise, very good service, very fast postage, would consider shopping with again in the future and hoping I just get luckier with the packaging.
