First, you send the wrong item. Then you try and negotiate my return? Why would anyone want to keep an item they never ordered and eat the cost for the seller????????? Then I have to pay for and print my own shipping label to complete the return. Then you tell me you gave me the wrong address for my return. Then the refund gets processed without the shipping charges I incurred. What an awful experience.
