Buyer is probably a bit confused, and new on ebay, ask for a certificate before you buy an art work then we will send it with the item, not everyone needs it. I did not offer a certificate because the lithograph is listed in the catalog raisonne with image and my sales text here represents the final guarantee. Certificates are completely meaningless.
