Took ten days to arrive by Hermes, useless, even then it was crushed. The company claim they chased it but they were slow to answer my emails. Disappointing.

Despite the item going missing, we were very quick to open a case with the courier, locate the item, and arrange for it to be forwarded to the customer. We dispute that we were slow to respond to the customer's messages, and we kept them informed at every opportunity that new information was provided to us.
The customer did not contact us about any 'crushing' to their package, and if they had done, we would have sought to resolve this promptly.
