I received the item ok. Looks new in plastic container. Could do with some paperwork and instructions on installing. Theres a slide at the side probably for write or rewrite. Not sure which. Same as my old one but this one says UK. But my old was was also 2020 but no satnav which is why I was told to buy a new one. Not sure how to re-programme satnav. Maybe just slot it in.
