We had 2 issues with this purchase that were NOT to blame on the selller. Customs and brokerage fees were $38 extra (Canada is greedy). DHL held the shipment until this was paid so be sure to track your package pending any extra customs charges. Lastly- 2 letters sustained some damage in shipping but the seller has offered to re-ship this letter if it does not appear normal once applied to the boat
