    The trolley I bought fell apart after 3 short uses,the seller offered a bolt to rebuild the trolley. I explained I am disabled and couldn't confidently replace the bolt the seller refused to replace or refund the trolley as it had been 31 days since I got the trolley (if it had been 30 days I would have had consumer rights for it to be refunded) the seller said "you don't need a degree to tighten a bolt" and refuses to refund the trolley. Don't buy from this seller his attitude stinks.
