The buyer is losing in eBay if they return there purchase for any reason. They pay a certain price but get a lesser refund then what they pay. This is why I do not shop on eBay . The seller increases there price to cover shipping,so the buyer really pays for shipping both ways. A total rip off for the buyer.

You chose to pay a fair price plus shipping. I refunded to you the cost of the item and the shipping you agreed to pay. I also paid for the return shipping which you also agreed to pay at the time of purchase. So, you lost nothing. You should have read the listing which contained the measurements. You would have known the jacket was too big.
