The seller taped all 4 sides of the LP to the cardboard. That made it extremely difficult to get the LP out undamaged.

Hi,
I had a protective poly sleeve over the lp to protect the album as well as to prevent the album from splitting during shipping. You should have been able to remove the tape and the outer sleeve should have not touched the actual sealed portion of the album. Can you verify that I did include the outer poly sleeve? How can I make this purchase right? This is how I ship all of my sealed albums and have never had an issue.
