Was charged $137 Canadian for over night shipping. I Didn’t get the item for 3 weeks because the seller doesn’t understand how their store/ebay works when it comes to international shipping. I Asked if they would do anything about it & they said no. I understand things can affect ship times and it’s not a sellers fault when a item gets delayed. But this wasnt the case. The seller offered the over night without knowing if it was possible to get to me and not just to the Hub.

Buyer request overnight shipping to the Illinois address on his order and did not inform us it was going to Canada from there. It was overnighted to said address then wanted a refund because he purchased it through an eBay program that is outside of our control.
