Item was actually received timely, well packaged, appeared to be new,  Instructions were read and device charged as firected. Unfortunately it would not stay charged if removed from touching skin.  Had to recharge every time tried to use. Contacted the seller who was very understanding and provided an immediate refund. The seller provided excellent customer service but believe that the device may just have been defective.
