Cloth tepee was crumpled, should have been packaged more carefully. I damaged the tepee trying to fix it, a method that has worked many times in the past. (I totally accept responsibility for that)
Lego should always be disassembled before shipping /cloth elements preferably in a separate bag with cardboard/card stock backing
