I had to wait ages it finally arrived today 13th June but there was no postage on it so I had to pay £5 just to get my chart not happy about that but the chart is ok

First of all the buyer never contacted me at all about the delayed postage or extra charge. I find it hard to believe someone would wait a fortnight and pay an extra fiver at the post office, without contacting me once about where the item was or why the post office charged her an extra £5. It costs £1.55 to post a parcel like this, it's not my fault your own post office has screwed up.
