Seller tried to cancel my order without telling me. Ebay advised me. Contacted seller who said there was a problem with the courier but they had already provided a tracking number that showed the item was never given to the courier. Then said I would be refunded. That didn’t happen and finally I asked EBay to step in and they refunded me.

The dress was lovely but too big on top for me, so I had to return for a refund. The seller didn't seem too keen to give a refund and referred it to Ebay, who did respond quickly and I have now received refund. Thank you.
