After purchasing and waiting over a week for tracking, I had to nudge the seller several times as to why my order hadn't shipped, when he did reply he very nicely explained the item couldn't be found. Said he'd do some more searching, after waiting another week I reached out and after some more time lapsed he apologized for not being responsive and said he could not find the item, then promptly refunded me.
