I made a purchase on March 16, for which the seller requested an extra payment for zelle for shipping to a residence, on April 11 I spoke to the broker customer service and they told me that they had gone to the place and that they had not They had the package ready, and the seller told me that he had already sent it, April 17, the seller tells me that he will refund me because the package never arrived, but he did not refund the extra charge he asked me for

Buyer bought transmission and asked to ship it to their residence which is an additional charge as written in many areas of our listings. We were waiting for the shipment to be picked up by the freight carrier and the buyer opens an item not received claim, since it was being shipped to another address we would lose seller protection so we refunded them and were waiting for them to re-order. They just leave us a negative about extra money they sent, we have no reason to keep their money. Refund

5 star seller over there they gave me my item with tremendous customer service when other people bought out all their products I purchased a Batmobile, Ford GT, and a Ford escort amongst other 1/64 scale purchases and one thing I love about these guys is they don’t charge a ridiculous amount like other 1/64 car sellers that sell a $1 car for a 10 sometimes 20-30X markup these guys are legit and will give you what you ordered for an actually good and reasonable price I will definitely be back
