Beautiful item, bad service! I ordered two items which didn't arrive for over a month. When they did arrive, one item was incorrect so had to wait longer for the replacement to arrive. During this time, I had to chase for updates and had no choice but to involve eBay (who were very helpful btw). It's a shame as the items are of great quality.
