È stata aperta prima una contestazione tramite eBay, accettata con rimborso completo a favore dell'acquirente. Successivamente, l'acquirente ha voluto aprire anche il reclamo tramite PayPal, tuttavia la richiesta tramite PayPal, per come sono le procedure attuali di eBay, arriva ad eBay e non al venditore. Di conseguenza, mi ritrovo con un feedback negativo e nessuna possibilità di risolvere la questione.
