    This one confuses me - the computer was listed as 'tested and working'. It arrived in a non-working state, though it looked good otherwise. I contacted the seller about it and noted that it may have been damaged in shipping... and he just ghosted me. No offer to work the issue out. Again, just kind of confusing.

    I did not "Ghost" You, i replied in the message that we do not issue partial refunds, which you were fishing for (Feedback extortion is against eBay Tos). Afterwards you sent me a picture of the opened computer which i told you i cannot do anything about because you attempted a repair. I have made a report about this to eBay.

    Shoot. I feel like we both had some misconceptions and miscommunications. I definitely was not trying to pull a fast one or do anything more than try to work out what was a less than ideal transaction. I see how you could have viewed a it different way and I apologize for that. That was not at all my intention. I will always contact a seller prior to leaving less than positive feedback in an attempt to work things out. Again, sorry for the confusion.
