The jacked is heavily used. It has a hole that was patched and wasn’t shown in the pictures and never mentioned.

This is totally false. I offer free returns on everything, however I am not a rental service. The return window is 30 days, the buyer used the warm coat for 30 days, and when the weather got nicer decided to contact me to see if I would take it back. Totally unacceptable. I offer 30 days free returns on everything.
