Arrived too late. Item was for a job. Said it arrives within a window. It came a week late. I paid more for this one vs others because it arrived sooner. Never happened. Ended up costing me time/money to resched/decline jobs, so I could go back, more than an hour one away, to install it. Cost me half a days labor @$125/hr that I could have been on another job getting paid if this seller honored his post. Seller denied responsibility. "Not my fault, it's ebay". Next time just say "I apologize"
