Waited over 3 weeks for the item to be dispatched, was told several times that their printing machine was broken and waiting for technician. Technician came and said couldn't be fixed so had to wait even longer. Was unsure if I was being lead on... but refund was given once I messaged several times. They were good at responding to messages but I am leaving neutral feedback because of the wait and still unsure if seller was telling truth about the broken machine

cost us over 5k in repairs and we have a 20k printer currently down,, we offered a refund twice and gave the buyer a choice and buyer decided to wait, we then was told the part for the printer was not the solution so we offered the full refund and a private code to give buyer 15% off on our entire shop as a apology..
