Panel was dirty and not wiped down which is fine but just lazy. $110 for in-state shipping was wildly disappointing since the package arrived with no protection padding, barely tapped closed and the box was ripped in multiple places so the panel was scrapped on the ground during transit (which wouldn’t have happened if it had been padded or wrapped.
