The armband does indeed appear to be between '66-'76 (during the era of Mao's cult of personality), although the words and faint stamp suggest it's this armband is for PLA soldiers at a steel plant rather than the red guard (perhaps the seller knows the provenance, i.e., can confirm if I am correct?). This is a clarification rather than any complaint. It's quite interesting all the same!
