The Toshiba Satellite 50-B 14D was advertised at a fixed ‘Buy it now” price or “Make an offer” and free delivery. My offer was accepted. The laptop arrive on time and was well packaged. It booted straight into Windows as expected but seemed very sluggish. I ran a memory test which revealed 244 errors within the memory stick. It also failed to fully charge. The charging socket was defective. Socket, memory and battery replaced. The seller refused to offer any financial compensation. Disapointed
