The ac adapter that comes with the item is defective and it is not its original ac adapter. It wasn’t mentioned on the description. Contacted buyer to see how can we resolve but no response.

Wrong, or deliberately false. First, We did respond. 2nd, "Defective" indicates that it does not work, this is not the case. Buyer has not even stated it does not work, because it works 100% well. There is a small tear where some of the safety cabling, stuff that prevents cables from snapping and potentially exposing live-wire, can be seen, if twisted or bent to open. It was not even noticed prior and has 0 affect whatsoever on the items use and/or safety. Literally means safety cabling worked.
