Came in very dirty, spent a lot of time disinfecting it. There was a tape wrapped around a piece of the wire and immediately worried. The item does not work

This was listed as parts only, not working in both the condition and description. Yes there was tape over a wire in an attempt to fix it. Yes it was not working as you mentioned and as I CLEARLY stated in both the description and condition it was listed under. It was covered by my return policy if you asked, but you didn't. Sorry I couldn't guess that you were not happy. Thanks for the only negative feedback I ever got in 20 years on ebay.
