Put into a box too small for item. No wrapping around bear. Tags not protected. This is a limited edition collectors piece. Did say second hand, but did not mention any marks or damage. Coming from UK to Australia. 3 weeks in box. Head bent and twisted. Black marks of something hard and sticky around eyes. And some powdery something through long hairs.
