The seller listed the item never used, but she didn’t mention that the side of the fabric has 7 inches ripped. I reached out to the seller to give them a chance to fix the issue but unfortunately they didn’t even bother to respond at all which is even more aggravating. 😣

This is a blatant lie. I responded within 20 mins with a solution. I asked them to return the item for a refund/ they wanted me to “offer another way to better the situation” that did not require a return. So in other words they wanted their money back in exchange for neutral feedback. Opened a case some how ebay still sided with them. eBay never has the sellers side. Even with evidence of bullying and manipulation. The buyer was rude beyond reason and A LIAR. My only negative in 14 yrs🤷🏻♀️🙄
