Item was dirty, cobwebs and water stains. The steel cable was off the reel and tangled up which took a long time to fix. The steel cable also has kinks in it. Price was listed at the cost of a brand new downrigger, I likely over payed even after the seller excepted my offer for 100$ less than listed price.
