Product is nice but seller need to keep more communication with international buyers. They choose not to answer anything or have you ask DHL or U.S duty custom. They have zero to answer after item is sold. I think it’s my last time to buy from them. The last experience real not feeling well. I still have to deal with crazy fees charged with Duty tax . DHL services also Horrible.

I purchased this Cartier necklace with good deal, but it takes about 2-3 weeks to get custom clearance event. DHL needed all my W-2 forms and SS cards work info. They hold my item in storage and charged $30 each day total$180 for holding in Storage. The duty tax was crazy expensive! Charged me 11% duty tax which total $1050 for the Duty tax. It was a big surprise how much duty tax on Jewelry. The whole experience was unexpected . I had to deal with stress
