You have the right to cancel any order free of charge as long as it has not been despatched.
 
Once an order is despatched you become responsible for any return costs should you wish to return the order.
 
If you are unsatisfied with your order you are entitled to a full refund provided the goods are returned within 7 days of the original date of order and that the goods are returned in the same condition as they were shipped including any packaging and contents. The cost of returning the order will be your responsibility. Returns of partially constructed kits or items showing evidence of soldering will not accepted.
